Our new Scheduling & Attendance feature in Classroom Mode helps you plan, manage, and track training sessions—without the spreadsheets.

✨ Key Capabilities
🚀 Schedule Sessions with Ease
Set up training sessions in seconds—pick the desired date, time, module, instructor, site, and room from one streamlined interface.
To schedule a session:
- Open Classroom Mode from your Pixaera dashboard.
- Click “Create Session” and choose the desired training module(s).
- Select the date and time for the session.
- Assign an instructor from your internal team.
- Choose the location – specify the site and training room.
- Review session details, then click “Save” to finalize.
💡 Tip: You can edit, duplicate, or cancel sessions anytime from the session list.
🧑💻 Manage Participants Seamlessly
Add internal staff and external contractors using email or ID/passport. Assign users to regions, sites, or groups for easier tracking.
To manage participants:
- Open the session you’d like to manage in Classroom Mode.
- Click “Add Participants” to begin adding users.
- Enter participant details — either email address or ID/passport number.
- Assign users to the appropriate region, site, or group for better tracking.
- Click “Add” or “Save” to confirm and finalize the participant list.
Alternatively:
- Bulk add users by clicking “Bulk upload.”
- Download the provided CSV template and fill in the required participant details (email, ID/passport, group, etc.).
- Upload the completed file, and the system will automatically populate the participant list.
💡 Tip: You can edit participant details or reassign them to different groups at any time before the session begins.
📊 Track Attendance Accurately
Manually verify participants and track attendance directly in the platform—ensuring compliance and accuracy.
To mark attendance:
- Open the scheduled session from the session list in Classroom Mode.
- Click on “Mark Attendance” in the status column.
- Search or scroll to locate the participant you want to verify.
- Confirm their attendance by toggling the button to “Attended”
- Repeat for all participants in the session.
- Click on Submit attendance to finalize the process.
💡 Tip: You can export attendance records for compliance or audit purposes anytime.
