I can’t log in to Pixaera
If you’re having trouble signing in to Pixaera, this guide covers the most common login issues and how to fix them.
This guide covers:
- “You are not allowed to sign up” error
- Not receiving verifications emails
- “Bad Request” error
- SSO vs. standard login
I'm not receiving a password reset email or verification code
If you haven’t received your password reset email or verification code:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Wait up to 5 minutes - delivery can occasionally be delayed.
- Click Resend code on the login page to request a new one.
- Make sure the email address shown on the login screen is correct.
- If you’re on a corporate email system, ask your IT team to allowlist emails from @pixaera.com and @auth0.com.
Each code expires after 10 minutes. If yours has expired, click Resend code to get a fresh one.
“Bad Request” error
A “Bad Request” error usually means the login link or session has expired.
What to do:
- Close the browser tab completely.
- Open a fresh tab and go to app.pixaera.com.
- Sign in again from the beginning.
- If you’re clicking a link from an email, make sure the email isn’t old - login links expire after a set period. Request a fresh link or go directly to app.pixaera.com
SSO login (company single sign-on)
If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you should sign in using your company credentials - not a separate Pixaera password.
On the login page at app.pixaera.com, enter your company email and click Continue. If SSO is configured, you’ll be redirected to your company’s login page automatically.
If you see a password field instead of being redirected, SSO may not be set up for your account. Contact your L&D or IT team to confirm.
The login page itself is blank or won’t load
If the login page is unresponsive, see the article My video won’t load or I’m seeing a blank screen - the same troubleshooting steps apply.
