Installing the Pixaera VR application

A guide on how to install the Pixaera VR App on a Meta Quest 3S or 3 headset

1. Meta Account Email Address


To push the Pixaera App to any consumer device, please ensure the email address is linked to the Meta account used on that headset.

You will need to have signed into the Meta account first in your headset, before proceeding to step 2.

2. Associate Pixaera App with your Meta Account

Associate the Pixaera app by navigating to this link. You will be redirected to a page prompting you to ‘Sign up or log into your Meta Account’.

Associate Pixaera App with Meta Account Once you have successfully logged in, you will have the ability to associate the Pixaera App with your Meta Account by selecting ‘Join’.

3. Download & Install the Pixaera App

  1. Navigate to the App Library (via the Grid Icon) inside your headset and search for “Pixaera.”
  2. Click on the Pixaera App to start the Download

It may take a few minutes for the Pixaera App to appear in the App library.

If you are still unable to see the App:

  • Please restart your Headset

4. Run the App


  1. In your headset, click on the Grid icon to the right of the navigation bar.

  2. Scroll, locate and run the Pixaera app.
    1. ⚠️ If it is your first time running the app, you will need to allow permissions and restart.

  3. Use your personal 6-digit pin to log into the app. If you don’t have one, please generate one at vr.pixaera.com
