Integrating Pixaera with your LMS (SCORM)

This guide illustrates how to  launch a course and record your completion in your Learning Management System (LMS) when integrating with Pixaera! 
In the example videos below, we have used the ‘SCORM Cloud’ LMS for demo purposes.

🚀 Launch the Course directly from your LMS

Clicking on a training course in your LMS will open up a new window. Clicking ‘Launch’ will redirect you to take the training directly in your browser. If you are unable to stream the training in your browser, you will be prompted to take the training via the Pixaera Desktop app instead.

This video walks through the process of launching a training course from your LMS, where you will be automatically redirected to take the training course in your browser window.

Throughout the duration of the training, please ensure the SCORM window -> remains open for your completion/score to automatically sync back into your LMS.

 

 

 

💡If the SCORM window is accidentally closed:

Untitled (1)In your LMS, you will need to navigate to the course and relaunch the course where you will be prompted to either:

‘Update’ - to record your score/completion in your LMS or

‘Retry’ - reattempt/relaunch the training course.

 

This video illustrates the process of re-launching a course from your LMS, where the user will be prompted with a window that has an ‘Update’ button to record their completion instantly in the LMS.
