Obtaining Browser and Network Logs
Please follow the instructions for either MS Edge or Google Chrome (as applicable to the browser you are using)
MS Edge

a. If using MS Edge:
Please select the 3 dots in the top right hand corner > More tools > Developer tools
b. Then Select the ‘Console’

c. Then Right Click on your mouse in the console area and select ‘Save As’ to save the log file. (please ensure the entire contents is selected, so the resulting file as all messages logged)

d. We also need your network logs, which you can access by clicking the wifi symbol at the top of the pane. Please save these network logs in the same way as in the previous step:

c. Lastly, in a Separate browser window, please use this link https://www.speedtest.net/ to obtain your internet speed, and send a screenshot of the results (& the log files obtained in steps C and D) to help@pixaera.com or to your direct contact (as instructed) describing your experience.
Google Chrome

If using Google Chrome:
Please right click on the screen and select ‘Inspect’

Then select ‘Console’

Then right click in the ‘Console’ area and select ‘Save As’ to save the log file. (please ensure the entire contents is selected, so the resulting file as all messages logged)
