Obtain Browser Logs Information
3. Obtain the Logs
Please follow the instructions for either MS Edge or Google Chrome (as applicable to the browser you are using)
MS Edge:
a. If using MS Edge:
Please select the 3 dots in the top right hand corner>more tools>Developer tools
b. Then Select the ‘Console’
c. Then Right Click on your mouse in the console area and select ‘Save As’ to save the log file. (please ensure the entire contents is selected, so the resulting file as all messages logged)
d. Lastly, in a Separate browser window, please use this link: https://www.speedtest.net/ to obtain your internet speed, and send a screenshot of the results (& the log file obtained in step c.) to help@pixaera.com or to your direct contact (as instructed) describing your experience.
Google Chrome:

If using Google Chrome:
Please right click on the screen and select ‘Inspect’

Then select ‘Console’

Then right click in the ‘Console’ area and select ‘Save As’ to save the log file. (please ensure the entire contents is selected, so the resulting file as all messages logged)
