Offline Mode: Unlock Sessions

Offline Mode is a system that provides users offline access to our VR application. It's ideal for customers who need secure, offline training, or for those in remote areas without reliable internet.

1. Run the App: Start the Pixaera app on your device.

2. Offline Mode: Inside the app, select 'Offline Mode'. The system will prompt you to download all modules and will assign you a unique 'Offline ID' linked to your device.

3. Visit the Offline Access Page: Open a web browser and visit app.pixaera.com/offline. Note that you will need a Pixaera account with ‘Manager’ or ‘Admin’ permissions to access this page.

4. After authenticating: you will find a log containing all of the previous sessions you have unlocked. Click on "Unlock Sessions" to proceed.

5. Input your Offline ID: On this page, you will see a form. Enter your unique 'Offline ID' provided by the app.

6. Choose the Number of Sessions: Decide the number of sessions you want to unlock and input this number into the form.

7. Submit the Form: After entering the required information, submit the form by clicking the “Generate” button.

8. Receive 8-Digit Pin: If your organization has enough sessions available, the system will generate an 8-digit pin. This pin is used to unlock the requested sessions.

9. Enter the Pin in the App: Go back to the VR app and enter the 8-digit pin to unlock the sessions.

10. Use the Unlocked Sessions: You can now use the unlocked sessions. Once all the unlocked sessions are used, the app will provide a new 'Offline ID' for the next unlocking process.

11. Repeat as Necessary: Follow the same steps whenever you want to unlock more sessions in offline mode.
