Offline Mode: Unlocking Offline Customizations

This article refers to how to unlock offline customizations. 

For information on how to unlock offline sessions please visit the Offline Mode: unlock sessions page.

  1. Ensure the headset is connected to Wi-Fi

  2. Visit vr.pixaera.com on a web browser to generate your 6 digit VR pin

  3. Launch the Pixaera app in your VR headset

  4. From the Pixaera login screen, type in your 6 digit VR pin

  5. Your offline customizations will now download in the background, this should not take more than a few minutes

To verify that the customizations have been successfully downloaded

  1. Disable the Wi-Fi on your VR headset
  2. Launch the Pixaera app in your VR headset
  3. Press Offline Sessions
  4. You should see your logos in the module environments
  5. To verify, launch a module (e.g., Confined Space) and ensure that all visible logos—including those on walls, character uniforms, and helmets—have been replaced with your company logos. (Please reference the images below as guidance for what to check.)

📌If your company logos are not visible, please re-connect to wi-fi as the download is still pending and repeat the verification steps. Once the logos appear, they will also be available in offline mode.
