1. Overview

The Offline VR Tab is visible to users with Supervisor or Admin roles and allows them to unlock offline sessions.

ℹ️ Offline Mode is a system that provides users offline access to the Pixaera App via VR. It's ideal for clients who need secure, offline training, or for those in remote areas without reliable internet. 

Please refer to the Offline Mode: Unlocking Sessions page for guidance on how to unlock offline sessions. 

This video shows you what it looks like to view a log of your offline sessions and unlock more:

 

2. View Log

This page provides a summary of offline sessions previously requested, which documents the:

  • Date of Issue - The date when the offline sessions were requested
  • License ID - License ID obtained from the Pixaera App in the VR headset
  • Sessions Requested - Number of sessions unlocked for use
  • Unlock Pin - The pin code that is used in the Pixaera app in your VR headset to use the offline sessions

3. Unlock More

‘Unlock More’ will redirect you to the ‘Offline Session Request’ pane:

i. License ID

You can obtain the License ID through the Pixaera app in the VR headset.

Please follow the steps outlined in Offline Mode: unlock sessions when completing an Offline Session Request.

ii. Sessions To Unlock

This is the number of sessions you can request to be loaded onto the VR headset.
