Setting up headsets in a facility

💡 Each headset should have a 1m x 1m square boundary around it. We also advise that there is enough walking space between each boundary (at least 0.6m). Use the tool below to determine how many headsets you can configure in your training facility.

  1. Measure the length and width of the available floor space. Note that the training space needs to be clear of any materials or furniture, both on the floor and overhead.

  2. Download the file below and double-click to run it on your browser.

  3. Input the length and width then hit ‘Calculate’ to compute the amount of devices you can set up in the space available.

  4. Use coloured tape to mark each boundary.

📌 If you have multiple headsets in a single room, we advise that you colour code the headsets to match the marked areas/boundary on the floor, allowing you to easily track where each headset should be confined to.
